Yonsei School of Business aims to produce creative and ethical business leaders with a global perspective through excellent education.
All the MBA programs share the three strategic values of creativity, integrity and global perspective. However, these values can be successfully fulfilled only when pursed with distinct methodologies for different markets. This philosophy provides the baseline in developing the portfolio of the YSB MBA programs.
In 2009, YSB undertook notable transformations in order to enhance global competitiveness and recognitions. The existing six programs of being offered in Korean or English each for day-time, weekend, and night programs neither differentiated the strength of Yonsei MBAs nor provided well fitted educational service to customers. After analyzing the diverse markets that the YSB should serve, YSB segmented and developed four distinctive programs for middle managers (Corporate MBA), for upper-level executives (Executive MBA), for global talents (Global MBA offered in English), and for finance specialists (Finance MBA). Contents of each program are developed to reflect the strategy and vision of YSB but uniquely designed for each target market.
