A YSB Global MBA team was the runner-up among all 12 teams last fall at the grand finale in Mumbai, India, of Season 12 of the Mahindra War Room case study competition. This was the first year that the winning team at the grand finale was not from India.

In a case study on “Living Spaces with Technology-Based Differentiated Customer Experience Design,” the Global MBA team proposed a 100 percent digitized housing option to transform the customer experience for India’s millennial generation.

First held in 2008, the Mahindra War Room features MBA students from India and other countries competing to solve problems and social issues the Mahindra Group has identified.
