YSB Accounting Professor Sungkyu Sohn took office July 1 as the 35th president of the Korean Accounting Association. His term will last one year.

The Korean Accounting Association was established in 1973 to advance Korean accounting research and education, foster sound research practices by scholars in accounting, and benefit the general welfare and mutual acquaintanceship of members.
