* Trainee will be matched to one designated trainer via 1:1 mentoring program.

* Designated trainer will train program execution, monitor the progress, evaluate, and submit the daily training record /evaluation result to HR

Training Purpose & Objectives:

Trainee will be provided extraordinary professional development opportunities in consumer marketing via below training program and other on-the-job marketing experience

Organization context

Direct report to: Sr. Brand Manager or other equivalent designated trainer

Functional report to: Brand Managers, Marketing Manager

Job holder requirements

• Highly motivated self-starter and multi-tasker
• Interest in pharmaceutical market, healthcare and its IMC activities
• Solid interpersonal skills, research skills, analytical skills, and logical approach to problem solving
• Attention to detail
• Exceptional written and verbal communications skills both in Korean and English
