  Job Summary & Purpose

       Be responsible to support to develop new business potentials at VW Group strategy to be identified and materialized and develop new products and business models, mainly focusing on digitalization projects for achieving mid-to long-term growth strategy in the period of business start-up.

  Roles & Responsibilities

• Business Development Strategy                

- Develop new business potentials at VW Group strategies to be identified and materialized.

- Excite strategies and business cases align with business environment & market trend changes.

- Collaborate with other support teams to ensure successful implementation."                                                

• New Product/Services                    

- Support to develop new products/services and business models for achieving mid-to long-term growth strategy in the period of business start-up.

- Responsible for providing support to regions/localities at early stages of implementing new services plans following successful applications.

• New sales channel             

- Support to implement new sales channels strategy such as the ""Digitalization"" project.

- Responsible for establishing new e-commerce platform with project manager.                                                    

• POS tool                

- Support to enhance effective sales tools at POS to realize effective sales and marketing activities                                                 

  Requirements

1. Degree in Business / Management is preferred
2. More than 3 years of experience in Consulting Firm or Planning at Car financing/leasing company
3. Fluency in English and Korean
4. Knowledge of financing/leasing business
5. Experienced in captive financing business from broader perspective
6. IT system development related project management experience
7. Good skills in MS-office

  Job Identification

  Job Summary & Purpose

       As part of enterprise PMO, be responsible for managing small-to-medium sized projects and deliver agreed outcome on time, within budget, and to quality; and assisting in IT risk management and service management activities.

  Roles & Responsibilities

• Planning               

-Plan and schedule the projects with business and IT stakeholders                                                                             

-Provide support in planning and maintaining the roadmap of enterprise PMO                                                                             

• Coordinating                     

-Work closely with the stakeholders to initiate the project, negotiate for project resources, execute a project kickoff, and manage the project activities throughout to completion.                                                                                

-Execute and monitor project plan and schedule, and manage project constraints and dependencies, ensuring requirements and expectations are met.                                                                           

-Ensure that the project standards of the company (pm@vwfsk and Life Cycle Model) are followed, and their requirements met by the project team.                                                                             

-Manage and lead project team in formation and motivation towards commitment and completion of tasks.                 

-Perform appropriate project risk management: identify, document, monitor, and ensure appropriate mitigation of project risks.

-Manage and forecast project costs and expenditures along with Controlling department.                                           

-Manage expectations by engaging with stakeholders, managing conflicts, and communicating project status, milestones, and unexpected difficulties/issues effectively.                                                                        

-Perform business analysis tasks in part incl. requirement gathering, UAT coordination, and relevant documentation.                                                                       

• Supporting            

-Provide support to IT risk management activities according to the internal regulations                                                     

-Coordinate the implementation of robust IT service management processes based on HQ guidelines and industry best practices                                                                            

  Requirements

1. Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred
2. More than 5 years of hands-on experience in business application development and management
3. More than 2 years of project management experience as PM and/or PL
4. Good command  in English
5. Good skills in MS-office
6. Good Communication skill
7. Solid understanding of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMBOK, or Scrum
