About Anchor Equity Partners:

Anchor Equity Partners is a private equity fund thatmanages over US$1.6 billion

Anchor Equity Partner Korea Limited is currently looking for Research Analyst (“RA”)(s) to join the team.

Program Period:

Start date is ASAP. Program expected to lastapproximately 4 – 6 months (negotiable) 

Primary Responsibilities:

The RA(s) will have a unique opportunity to work withhighly seasoned and successful investment professionals in the Asian privateequity industry and will support the team in various stages of a private equityinvestment such as:

•       Industry and CorporateStudies – Identify potential investment opportunities througha rigorous screening and research process and brief the team

•       FinancialAnalysis – Develop company valuations and create/analyze financialmodels

•       DueDiligence – Conduct in-depth analysis of target companies

•       PortfolioManagement – Monitor operational and financial performance ofportfolio companies and maintain/update projection models

Qualifications:

•       Strong passion for corporateinvesting

•       History of outstandingacademic achievement

•       Prior internship experience inprivate equity investing, generalinvestment banking or consulting background is preferred but is not required

•       Fluency in English is a must,both written and verbal

•       Strong problem solving andanalytical skills supported by good reasoning in formulating investment views

•       Ability to thrive in anentrepreneurial environment and handle multiple assignments effectively

•       Strong team orientation and ademonstrated ability and communication skill to work effectively with team members

•       High level of professionalism,maturity, confidence and judgment

•       Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Wordand PowerPoint
