2017 Corporate Analyst Development Full Time Program - Korea

This two-year rotational program offers the unique opportunity to sharpen your technical, analytical and professional skills. You'll start with hands-on training, and then participate in four six-month-long rotations in each of the program's core disciplines – data and analytics, risk and control, process improvement and project management – across our infrastructure businesses. You’ll build your foundational knowledge, leadership skills and experiences in our industry-leading businesses. On completion of the program, we will work with you to identify your next role, as you build your career at J.P. Morgan.

About You

We're looking for motivated leaders with the vision and initiative to develop solutions that drive change.

Key Qualifications: 

• GPA 3.2/4.0 equivalent or above
• Degree qualified with solid academic background, with an expected graduation in February 2017
• Excellent project management and problem solving skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Genuine enthusiasm for financial services
• Excel and Word proficiency
• Relevant internship experience and leadership in school or community organization
• Eligibility to work permanently in Korea
• Fluency in English and Korean is essential
