BDA Partners – Intern Analyst (3months contracts) – Cross-border M&A Advisory  

BDA Partners (“BDA”) is a New York based investment banking firm that advises"EN-US">www.bdapartners.com.  

BDA Seoul office is looking for a highly motivated and qualified intern analystwho can start immediately. We are looking for 3months contracts.  

Qualifications  

Proficiency in both verbal and written English  

High interest in investment banking and M&A  

Strong analytical and numerical skills  

Proven team player with the ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities  

Self-directed, highly motivated and able to work independently  

Strong working knowledge"MsoNormal"> Prior experience in relevant sectors is preferred but not required  

Responsibilities  

Support senior investment bankers in research across various sectors and companies  

Assist in preparing pitch books, valuation model and other various works

5. 주요업무  

- 실제 Project Team에투입되어 Professional들과함께프로젝트수행  

- 산업 Data 및각종회사정보수집및리서치  

- 리서치, 엑셀작업및파워포인트자료작성  

- 국내및해외업체 Valuation 제반사항  

6. 지원자격  

-  Cross-border M&A 업무에관심이많은 자  

-  Self-motivated 되어있으며, 배움에대한열망이강한 자  

- 국내외대학교또는대학원재학생또는졸업생 (재학생선호)  

- 영어 (말하기/쓰기)에어려움이없는 자  

- 한국에서근무하는데법적문제가없는 자 (외국인의경우 F-4 visa 필요)
