The GLBA Coverage team is dedicated to providing SG’s corporate banking services as well as investment banking products tailored to corporate clients in Korea.

Program Structure

You will join the Global Banking and Advisory teams (but not limited to):

ﾷ Support senior bankers in marketing and sales activities towards corporate clients

ﾷ Assist with ad-hoc requests from overseas client coverage teams and product teams globally 

ﾷ Meet client requests (market analyses, data collection, internal coordination)

ﾷ Conduct regular client monitoring for any potential risk factors and performance analyses

ﾷ Prepare internal memos (e.g. pipeline reports, client/internal call memos, ESG reviews strategy/action plan memos) for reporting to the management of SG Korea and regional office 

ﾷ Perform client due diligence in line with internal compliance and regulatory procedures

ﾷ Manage accounts onboarding process in compliance with Know Your Client (“KYC”) 

Your Profile

Final year students or recent graduates of Bachelor or Master degree from any disciplines with excellent academic results and the following qualities:

ﾷ Strong leadership potential and interpersonal skills

ﾷ Good commercial acumen

ﾷ Superior analytical, critical-thinking and effective communications skills

ﾷ Self-motivated, mature, and possessing a strong drive for excellence

ﾷ Open to different ideas and cultures and enjoy being part of a team

ﾷ Committed to developing a long-term career in the banking industry

ﾷ Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Korean

ﾷ Proficiency in MS Office applications

Application Timeline and Process

ﾷ ~ 19 September: Application - An online test to assess behavioral/reasoning/language skills of candidates. Candidates will need to complete the test within 72 hours upon receiving the test link.

ﾷ Late September – Mid-October: Hiring manager and HR round interviews the shortlisted candidates.

ﾷ Mid-October: The final candidate to be announced.

ﾷ November 2025: The successful candidate will be on-boarded.
