• Analyzing financial and operating information relating to corporations and industries
• Creating statistical exhibits that analyze comparative financial performance
• Building models to depict projected financial results and to value companies
• Developing marketing memoranda
• Participating actively in the execution of financing and/or M&A transactions

You’ll be working in the Investment Banking team in Seoul, Korea. We provide M&A advisory, capital markets and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions and sponsor clients. As part of the Investment Banking team, you’ll gain in-depth knowledge"MsoNormal">  

[Requirements]

You have

-          a sound knowledge of accounting, including analyzing and interpreting annual reports and financial statements

-          solid know-how of Microsoft excel

-          good communication skills, both written and orally and the ability to explain technical topics clearly and intuitively

You are

-          highly motivated, enthusiastic and energetic

-          team oriented, inquisitive, organized and able to work independently

-          able to create innovative reports and presentations (you love this stuff, and it shows)
