박헌준(朴憲俊) 교수는1955년 서울에서 태어나고 자라서 덕수국민학교를 다니다가 부산으로 옮겨가 부산교대부속국민학교, 부산중학교, 부산고등학교를 나왔다. 연세대학교 경영학과를 나온 후 해군 사관후보생으로 임관하여 대위로 전역한 뒤 미국 볼링그린주립대학교, 프랑스 INSEAD 경영대학원을 거쳐 미국 오하이오주립대학교에서 경영학박사 학위를 받았다.
1990년부터 연세대학교 경영대학 매니지먼트 분야 교수로 있으면서 미국 컬럼비아대학교, 펜실베니아대학교, 일리노이대학교, 오하이오주립대학교, 스탠포드대학교, 볼링그린주립대학교에서 방문학자 및 객원교수를 역임하였으며, 국내에서는 한국협상학회 회장, 한국학술진흥재단 연구지원부장, 한국소셜벤처대회 집행대표를 역임하였다.
주로 경영자의 리더십과 사업적 윤리적 결단 그리고 협상과 딜메이킹에 대한 연구와 강의에 집중하고 있다.
연세대학교 전체에서 우수강의교수상을 4차례 수상, 우수업적교수상을 1차례 수상하였고 경영대학 내에서 강의우수교수상을 9차례 수상하였다.
