IT Intern

Tasks:

Within the global strategy to push for more enterprise transformation we aim for highly efficient processes, structured data on demand and E2E process thinking within all our business units, cross-functions but also IT core processes.

Therefore MBK will implement new IT systems under the lead our regional and headquarter colleagues for our core processes sales and customer services introducing new tech stacks till 2023. However, the second field of action will be horizontal integration across the business units, ecommerce and retail as well as the digitalization of the local processes that are yet manual and redundant in some areas. 

To reach the target – reduction of manual process by 50% by 2023 – MBK will take a new approach by introducing low and no code, task and process mining approaches to identify, optimize, re-engineer and automatise. And for this we need your support:

• Support our new automatisation Team to introduce low and no code to Mercedes-Benz Korea
• Take over your own projects by automatising and optimizing processes in the areas of our IT organization but also for our business partners
• Get to know, learn the possibilities and potentials of MS Low and no code function and act as internal ambassador

Qualifications:

Experience and soft skills:

• Experience in the area low/no code or other development languages
• Process-oriented and good understanding of data flows
• Good communication skills
• Out of the box thinking
• Strive for continuously improvements
• Independent and self-organised working style
• Solution oriented mind set – problems are there to be solved
