Office Manager/Executive Assistant

ÀúÈñ °í°´»ç´Â ¿Ü±¹±â¾÷ Çѱ¹¹ýÀÎÀ¸·Î ȸ»ç ÀϹݰü¸®¿Í ´ëÇ¥¸¦ º¸ÁÂÇÒ Office Manager/Executive Assistant ¸¦ ¾Æ·¡¿Í °°ÀÌ Ã¤¿ëÇÏ°íÀÚ ÇÕ´Ï´Ù.

Responsibilities include:

  • Welcome business partners and clients in the office reception area.
  • Assist Human Resource Department in the onboarding of new Korea hires using Workday.
  • Coordinate accounting and tax reporting with 3rd party service providers. • Coordinate regulatory reporting with 3rd party service providers.
  • Coordinate IT support with 3rd party service providers.
  • Establish and maintain appropriate filing systems, both manual and electronic.
  • Ensure monthly accounts are processed in a timely matter.
  • Prepare both internal and external mail.
  • Serve as the administrative support to assigned team members.
  • Manage calendar and coordinate special activities and liaison functions for assigned team members such as travel arrangements, meetings, interviews and conference calls.
  • Answer phones, forward accurate and detailed messages, facilitate conference calls and, as appropriate, disseminate of general information to callers.
  • As requested, compose various documents such as, correspondence, interoffice memos, reports, charts and tables in Korean and English.
  • Manage supplies for office and office equipment.
  • Prepare and process internal expense reports.
  • Complete special projects to support assigned areas.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements include:

  • Two year college diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Native Korean and business-level English. English fluency preferred.
  • Five or more years in an administrative and/or office manager role in a professional office environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrate a strong initiative and customer service orientation.
  • Interact with employees, visitors and vendors with poise and diplomacy.
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Maintain strict confidentiality.
