Job Description

Manage the end-to-end execution of conferences, forums, investor tours, roadshows, bespoke trips and other ad hoc Investor Access events

Investor Access Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of conferences, forums, investor tours, roadshows and other ad hoc Investor Access events
  • Prepare event invitations, meeting schedules and marketing materials as required
  • Ensure all necessary Compliance approvals have been obtained
  • Set up event details in our event management systems and communicate the event to our regional equity sales and research teams
  • Monitor event schedules to ensure available meeting slots are being filled
  • Manage all logistical arrangements and partner closely with our Corporate Meetings and Events team on logistics around our larger flagship conferences
  • Provide onsite support at events and monitor meeting attendance for post-event reporting
  • Update event management systems with accurate post-event attendance for accurate client consumption reporting
  • Origination of different types of events. Maintain corporate relationship.

  • 3+ years of relevant experience is preferred but not required
  • Fluency / Business proficiency in Korean (spoken and written)
