Evaluator

We are looking for candidates with fluency in the Korean language to join a team for the final evaluation of the EU's "Low Carbon Action in the Republic of Korea" project.

Minimum experience required:

• At least a Master's degree in a relevant discipline
• At least 5 year’s of relevant postgraduate work experience in monitoring and evaluation of international technical cooperation projects related to climate change.
• Knowledge of current climate change-related policies, legislation and stakeholders in Korea and experience evaluating / monitoring EU external actions would be an advantage.
