Your Role

You will be the champion for all talent acquisition initiatives. You will partner our business managers to define talent sourcing solutions and share hiring best practices with the recruitment team.

Your Responsibilities

  • To deliver the internal and external recruitment & selection strategy for the specified area through talent sourcing, with strong focus on talent management and quality of filling of vacancies according to KPI’s to ensure the successful identification and placement of talents (both internal and external)
  • To act as a Business partner role for identification of selection requirements and provide practical long term solutions.
  • To ensure that Recruitment and Selection policies and processes are compliant with company policy, legal and cultural requirements.
  • To ensure and deliver a high level of candidate care throughout the recruitment process for all candidates, not only those interviewed or selected
  • To act as the superuser for any recruitment related system and train others in its use.
  • To manage local  external talent programs like Recruitment / Career Fairs to help build employer branding.
  • To assist in ad-hoc projects and other administrative functions as require
  • To Perform other duties and additional tasks as assigned

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Fluency in both Korean and English
  • Bachelor's degree in economics and logistics related preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Experience with Employer Branding
  • Experience with use of relevant Social Media in Talent Sourcing
  • Strong understanding of various Recruitment tools and practices in the market
  • Strong communication skills for building collaborative and trusting relationships with stakeholders
  • Collaborative mindset– sense of urgency and proactive communication
  • Technology savvy and a creative mindset that is not afraid to challenge the status quo and improve the team's ability to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Advanced computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Office suite
