Account Manager – Capital Markets

The Impact: Help grow our business in Capital Markets through and managing the existing book(renewal & upsells) and identifying/closing new business opportunities in the existing client base

Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed annual new sales and recurring revenue growth targets, and maintain a robust sales pipeline & reporting
• Identify new business opportunities in the existing client base and manage the book of business in the capital markets industry.
• Develop and nurture deep and strong relationships with client organizations, addressing their needs, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Expand relationships within the existing client base in order to identify new opportunities and/or achieve revenue growth
• Develop an exceptional understanding of, and stay current on, the S&P Global Market Intelligence products and functionality and their application to specific job functions
• Contribute to the business strategy through a deep understanding of and keeping up to date with key industry news and events involving clients and prospects alike, macro/ market trends / regulations impacting local markets and keeping abreast of our competitive landscape

• Strong demonstration of teamwork, collaboration, and camaraderie, working with colleagues and internal senior stakeholders across different departments/divisions globally
• Ability to articulate ideas and complex information in a clear and structured manner

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 3-5 years of work experience in a client facing or analytical role(at IB/PE or investment management) or information services industry(same industry as S&P Global Market Intelligence)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong network within the Capital Markets industry in Korea
• Knowledge and understanding of different workflows within the Capital Markets industry in Korea
