Specialist - Marketing & Administrator

PURPOSE OF THIS JOB

• Manage and coordinate entire order processing and follow-up
• Having responsible for internal /external customer’s requirements in IAS
• Develop and implement value propositions based on customers’ needs with a view to maximize market share and profitability
• Develop sales leads by proactive marketing activities.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY : ADMINISTRATOR

   1) Order processing

• Administrate order processing timely.
• Timely order closure, invoicing for product sales and service job

   2) Follow up the orders

• Co-work with logistics for shipping schedule, transportation, customs procedure in case of importing and exporting products.
• Calculate monthly sales commission.
• Follow up Account Receivables and issuing local tax invoices by project.

   3) Report for BLM

• OR/OI report monthly
• Sales Reference
• Variable sales statistics data by requests

   4) Distributor Support

• Administrate distributors’ order processing and delivery.

   5) General Affairs

• Arrange meetings, events, visitor’s travel. (Meal, Venue, Accommodation, etc.)
• Overall paper works (Insurance bond, etc.)
• Purchasing goods (Promotion items, Stationary, Kitchen supplies etc.)
• Miscellaneous work (quick delivery, Catalogue maintenance, etc.)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY : MARKETING   

   1) Digital Marketing

• Research and demographic targeting the characteristics, needs and lifestyles of customers that allows us to effectively craft products and services they need and marketing messages they respond to.
• Manage IAS's website with an industry resource that engages customers and provides them with an informative and entertaining experience which allows them to get the info they need easily.
• Increase sales leads by discovery and distribution various digital contents such as customer application stories, pain point solutions and tips, new product information on various Social Media and Atlas Copco’s website.

   2) Marketing Event

• Specify, plan short/long term marketing events by needs of target customers through understanding IAS’s business and communication with the sales teams.
• Conduct exhibitions, special customer seminars, events, campaigns and promotions to promote IAS’s products and increase sales leads.

   3) C4C

• Accurate data management (visit, opportunity, leads, quotation, etc.) in C4C through proactive communication with sales teams.
• Analyze C4C data regularly, define and propose development points to each sales engineer.
• Develop, input and actions follow up sales leads in C4C.

   4) Sales and Market Analysis

• Analyze sales performance and market status by product, segment, application, region, competitions, etc.
• Prepare and follow up development and actions plan by working closely with sales and marketing team to boost up IAS sales.

   5) Reports for BLM and IAS

• Reports and sharing all marketing activities regularly.
• Prepare BBM/BRM/Business update..

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing engineering preferred
• Preferred sales/marketing/admin. experience in compressor industry
• Knowledge of industrial equipment and applications.
• Proficient in computer literacy (MS Office).
• Good command of Korean and English both written and spoken.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
