Responsibilities

• Plan and operate assigned FashionGo services timely and accurately
• Acquire in-depth understanding of our business flow and data structures
• Provide analysis to identify process inefficiencies and areas for improvement to support mission-oriented business fictions and related systems
• Benchmark industry's best practices to find better process and service policy
• Create project documentation and present it to other teams for further discussion and improvement
• Work closely with User Experience (UX) team and Development teams

Required Qualification

• BS or BA degree
• 1~3 years of experience in Business Process Management or related areas
• Understanding of e-Commerce industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to coordinate with other teams to produce better business outcomes
• Analytical and conceptual thinking skills with high attention to details and accuracy
• Understanding of data and its use in decision-making

Preferred Qualification

• Bilingual (Korean/English)
