E-commerce Operation Assistant

Tridge is the only agricultural, livestock, and fisheries trading platform in the world. Beyond brokering tens of thousands of agricultural, livestock, and fisheries transactions around the world, when buyers place orders on the platform, they provide full-filment services that act on behalf of various trade tasks such as due diligence on local farms, supplier history verification, contract negotiations, packaging, transportation, and customs. In order to reduce information asymmetry in the agricultural, livestock, and fisheries markets, in-depth reports are also being published on hundreds of thousands of transaction prices, import and export volumes, quality, and local breaking news. In recognition of this differentiation and growth potential of corporate vision, it has received investments from leading domestic and foreign VCs such as Softbank Ventures and Forest Partners, including Active Capital, a U.S. B2B sector investment company.

Tridge's Ecmerce Operation Assistant helps the company grow by operating and managing the B2B E-commerce platform. It contributes to building an optimal marketplace based on a high understanding of products, buyers, and suppliers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• We sell PB products online through Tridge's B2B platform.
• Develop and manage suppliers and buyers through Triage's B2B platform and digital marketing.
• Extract meaningful data by analyzing platform backend data, marketing statistics, and consumer behavior patterns.
• Considering the market and product characteristics, we operate after developing products, creating pages, receiving content, price, and quotation requests.
• Collaborate with the HQ of Tridge and national teams to identify problems and set and implement directions for improvement.
