Accountabilities:

• Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
• Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
• Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
• Organising events and conferences
• Reminding the GM of important tasks and deadlines
• Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
• Managing databases and filing systems
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
• Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
• Conducting research on behalf of the manager

Qualifications:

• Personal Assistant to GM experience for at least 2 years, preferably in multi-national company
• Self-motivated with strong communication, interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and work at a fast-paced working environment
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and proficiency in PC skills
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Multi-tasking ability
