As part of this role, you will lead new project development from concept to implementation. We are looking for a dynamic professional with blockchain or crypto experience, strong adaptability, and a desire to be part of our entrepreneurial team. Job locations are Seoul or Barcelona. Job Responsibilities

● Ideate and define characteristics for blockchain projects.

● Construct robust and sustainable business models.

● Develop effective monetization strategies.

● Create white paper, light paper, IR decks, and other materials.

● Support strategies for community building and growth within the web3 space.

● Keep track of the market evolution and trends in blockchain and crypto. Requirements

● Passion for Web3 with Metaverse

● MBA or Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering (or equivalent experiences with proven track records)

● At least 3 years experience in business development, marketing, strategy, or consulting roles.

● A minimum of 1 year of experience involved in blockchain or crypto projects.

● A team player capable of working autonomously.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Intermedia Korean skill is a huge plus but not required) Desired Skills

● Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralised applications.
