In this role, you will actively participate in developing new projects, from initial ideation to execution. We are looking for a motivated professional interested in web3/crypto/blockchain, adaptability, and the drive to be part of our entrepreneurial team. Job locations are Seoul or Barcelona. Job Responsibilities

● Support the development of blockchain projects.

● Contribute to the creation of sustainable business models.

● Assist in the formulation of monetization strategies.

● Prepare white papers, light papers, IR decks, and other materials.

● Develop and execute strategies for community building within the web3 space.

● Keep track of the market evolution and trends in web3. Requirements

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Communications, or Finance. (or equivalent experiences with proven track records)

● At least 2 years experience in business development, marketing, strategy, or consulting-related jobs.

● If you're a recent graduate, please provide a portfolio regarding your web3/crypto/blockchain involvement

● Experience with blockchain or crypto platforms, either professionally or as a user.

● Experience in community building and engagement on social media.

● Quick learners passionate about new technologies, especially blockchain and crypto.

● Team player capable of working autonomously.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Desired Skills

● MBA is a huge plus.
