As Counter Operations Specialist, IT'S YOU WHO WILL be ensuring best-in-class offline and online execution in KOREA TRAVEL RETAIL for THE PRESTIGE SKINCARE BRANDS LIKE SK-II, OLAY & FAB!

YOUR TEAM

You will report to SK-II Korea Travel Retail Market Strategy and Planning Manager, based in Korea. As a member in Travel Retail Organization (70 people across 7 locations globally), this role will be based in Seoul, Korea.

HOW SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

• Manage all on-counter related activities from permanent to visual merchandises for SK-II, Olay, and FAB in Korea Travel Retail channel.

• Act as communication mediator between Singapore HQ Marketing Design team and local Korean agencies to give clear guidelines on counter operations across Offline & Online execution.

• Support Budget Tracking and Sales administrative tasks for Olay and FAB.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

Delivering winning execution on Permanent and visual merchandising across SK-II, Olay, FAB counters in Korea Travel Retail market

• Managing communications between global business unit marketing team and local Korean agencies on execution and guidelines

• Delivering winning execution on ecommerce with successful deployment and updates on latest assets

• Support on digital ROI data tracking and reviews for ecommerce channel investment

• Manage budget tracking and sales administrative tasks (e.g. tax invoice, sample ordering, sales letter support, sales data sharing) for Olay and FAB

Qualifications

• Counter Operations Specialty, with experience in executing counter operations deployment preferred

• Intermediate Proficiency in business English, Fluency in Korean Communication skills to communicate clearly with internal and external partners.

• Legal eligibility (e.g. Korean citizenship, F4 work visa) to work in Korea.
