Job Description

Major Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the whole process of cash equity settlement including payment
  • Trading account set up and reference data management
  • Perform trade pre-matching on T+1
  • T+2 settlement for domestic and international client
  • Document management including account opening package
  • Local regulatory reporting (Daily, Monthly, Quarterly)
  • Address ad-hoc queries from internal and external clients including front office, regional Operations, technology, risk team
  • Conduct training for the new joiner or other team member if required
  • Ensure the accurate and timely escalation and resolution of all inquiries
  • System enhancement

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of financial industry experience
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Strong English/Korean communication skills (written and verbal) 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs 
  • Basic Financial Knowledge
  • A team player who demonstrates work ethic and a high-level of professionalism
  • Good communication and influencing skills
  • Quick learner and self-starter
  • Organized, motivated, and proactive, with willingness to take initiative
  • Strong capacity for operating in a flexible, dynamic environment
