We are seeking a K-pop Content Marketing Specialist to own the content marketing activities globally. As part of a K-pop marketing team, you will define all K-pop content marketing strategies and deliver outstanding campaigns. You will implement social, artist, always on and all
content related partnerships that substantially give, audience engagement uplift, brand awareness/affinity uplift and subscriber growth across the region.
 
Most importantly, you have fun at work and a desire to make a positive impact for K-pop music fans and audio listeners globally. This role will be on-boarded and based in our Singapore office and will report to the K-Pop Marketing Lead
 
 

What You'll Do

    • You will plan and implement marketing plans across Music, Podcasts and Creators / Artists to drive Acquisition, Engagement and Advocacy of Spotify K-pop franchises globally
    • Proven track record of building impactful, creative content-driven campaigns that connects with audiences and break through the cultural zeitgeist
    • Delivering world-class campaigns, with a focus on SEA markets, social and amplification
    • Play a key role in building content/digital media plans and assets across different functions of Marketing, Artist & Label Marketing, Podcasts and on-platform Editorial
    • Lead end to end Artist release campaigns, playbooks, asset opt-in
    • Working alongside the Senior Producer to build primary assets, create impactful content to promote new and existing music, create playlist brands and deliver fan/artist experiences

Who You Are

    • Bachelor’s Degree holder in a Marketing field
    • Bilingual, fluent in English and native Korean
    • You bring a minimum of 8+ years of experience in the digital media environment in a similar B2B marketing role
    • Proven track record of building impactful, creative content-driven campaigns that connect with audiences and break through the cultural zeitgeist
    • Think digital first while building strategic foundations and conceptualise campaign approaches / briefs and articulate creative ideas that people rally around
    • Thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, possess a high level of emotional IQ and intellectual curiosity, and demonstrate strong judgment and decision-making skills in the face of ambiguity
    • Love music and have a deep knowledge of all things K-Pop / K-culture and social trends globally and in Korea
    • You know how to work autonomously, as part of a small agile team and cross-functionally with different departments, both locally and internationally
