Recruitment/ Resignation Process
- Assist in recruitment of employees which includes arranging interviews, preparing employment contracts, on-board processes etc.
- Assist in the process in relation to staff resignation in accordance with internal procedures
HR Operations
- Back up for HR officer on activities such as maintaining different HR systems/ ensuring accuracy of employee data, etc.
- Assist in monitoring staff working hours and overtime records
- Preparation of monthly reports, quarterly reports for submission to local authorities
- Provide administrative support for internal trainings
- Assist in preparing team-building activities, CSR activities, external job fair events, etc.
Budget and Finance
- Assist in annual budgeting and accruals, working closely with Finance team
Assist in processing HR related invoice and payment
Asia, Korea
Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent
- Major / Concentration: Flexible, but Business Administration, Legal preferred
0-2 years
- With less than 12 months of full-time experience
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic and energetic
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Macro etc.)
Korean (Native speaker)
- Excellent English communication (both oral and written) skill
