Requirements

● Business level English

● Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master's degree program in Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics or a closely related discipline (Graduation date December 2022 to February 2023)

Roles and esponsibilities

● Help the Client Success team support current o9 customer post-implementation processes

● Monitor solution usability and uptime by helping to identify and resolve customer issues in a timely fashion, ensuring the accuracy of data loads, and validating the e2e workflows

● Help identify any design issues in the existing setup and co-ordinate with other o9 consultants to solve the business problem

● Contribute to the creation and execution of workflow and data analytics test-cases, work on bugs/issues and track progress at resolving issues using the support tools

● Help support Super User and End User training, for a global user base

● Analyze and process large amounts of data and complement it with intuition to prioritize and focus on the highest value opportunities, or identify the biggest risks, in order to best support our clients
