Position: HR Administrator (Talent Acquisition, 2 months temp-Á÷Á¢°è¾àÁ÷)
Department: HR
- Support sourcing of store positions; admin for job posting, university networking activities, SNS recruiting channel operation, etc.
- Arrange 1st / 2nd round interview (video interview / F2F with store managers, etc. ) for store non-manager positions
- Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates’ inquiries on recruiting process via phone and email
- Rough 1st round CV screening of particular positions
- Organize candidate records and collect evidence documents for salary proposal
- Other adhoc support for talent acquisition team (Expense payments, meeting arrangements, etc.)
Job Requirements
- University graduates (must to be able to work full time ASAP; cannot guarantee but open to contract extension)
- Work experience in HR admin is a plus
- Business level of English
- Positive, daring, can-do attitude, attention to detail
