Digital Marketing Intern

Job Description

The Digital Marketing Intern is responsible for assisting the Brand Manager in Korea

• Work with Marketing team to refine social media strategy and best practices.
• Assist in managing social media channels (Naver Blog, Instagram, Facebook if needed) and editorial calendar to ensure contents pushed in a timely, relevant, and engaging manner according to both local & regional guideline.
• Platform management (i.e. posting contents, IG stories, hashtags, captions, comments/replies, engaging with followers, identifying potential prospects) responding to customer comments and messages.
• Assist in following up and collaborate with agencies (i.e. design/marketing/translation agency).
• Assist with digital contents/marketing collateral copywriting, proofing, translating and updating as needed.
• Collection of data/info/contents related to various campaigns/projects
• Market visits whenever necessary with BM in Korea.
• Recording photo/video during demos/other events whenever applicable.
• Identify trend leaders and influencers (internal/external) and engage them in brand activities.
• Any administrative work or coordination related to local event organization and loyalty program operation.

*INTERNSHIP DURATION: 12 months

Qualification

• Fluent in Korean and English
• Detail-oriented, efficient multitasker; ability to meet deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in social media/ digital marketing is preferred
• Experience in photo/video production, design is preferred
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Adobe design program experience is a plus
