Position Overview

Support Compensation & Benefits functions including monthly payroll, attendance & leave administration, employees’ compensation, HRIS, employee benefits schemes and other C&B related matters

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1) C&B (70%)
  • Process monthly payroll and manage payroll service vendor to deliver accurate payroll calculation and reports
  • Support HRIS(Workday, WFM) maintenance regarding leave management-
  • Assist in annual salary survey
  • Manage employee benefit programs including insurance, flexible benefits etc.
  • Responsible for retirement pension contribution payout
  • Handle staff enquiries in compliance with the Company's policies, legislation and P&D related matters
2) Report/ Compliance/ Project (20%)
  • Prepare and compile timely and accurate data and reports as requested by the management, APAC and government
  • Assist internal and external audit
  • Participate in P&D-related projects as assigned
3) Others (10%)
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by Head of P&D
  • Support employee activities
  • Coordinate with other P&D teams and provide related C&B support if necessary

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • University graduate and above
  • Working experience including C&B and HR general area 
  • Good command of English & Korean, both speaking and written
  • Strong sense of figure, intuition and analytical thinking
  • Ability to effectively interact with all employees of the organization
  • Confidentiality
  • Proficiency in MS Office application software
