Sales Operations Admin

Role and responsibilities

  • Ensure that the sales process works smoothly from inquiry, quote, po, configuration management and delivery for System and UF option upgrade (SAP, APO, CTL, BW)
  • Assists account managers to control booking forecast and blueline shipment for revenue corporate targets and fulfillment of Sales agreement (e.g. VPA, Evaluation, Credit agreement, Beta test, CSR and so on)
  • Communicates regularly with central planning to ensure System and UF option upgrade demands along with an accurate monthly sales forecast demands (anticipated POs for that specific quarter, with a 6 months outlook beyond this and also a separate 18 months forecast to be provided for production planning)
  • Communicates regularly with Finance, CSCM and Customs (Local & HQ) teams to ensure System and UF option upgrade demand shipment revenue for MOR
  • Communicates regularly with customers to ensure PO progress and shipment delivery control,
  • software license control and customs clearance support (Customer interfaces: Procurement team, Customs department, Fab team and so on)
  • Understand CS Services and process which related to Sales support to implement correctly without delay and loss
  • Support customer portal system input and related queries management (e.s. invoice registration, quotation upload, AR management, supplier information management and so on)
  • Improves existing Sales order process and internal/ external customer communications
  • Support Sales data analysis and develop automation tools for efficiency work
  • Organize regular account team meeting

Education and experience

  • Bachelor’sDegree in Business administration or relevant major preferred
  • Less than 3 years related work experience in supporting department backgroundpreferred
