Associate Accountant

The Assocate Accountant position reports to the Finance Manager.

He/she supports the Korea Finance team to ensure efficiancy and effectiveness in all accounting transactions. He/she also assist in the preparation of financial statement and reporting, monthly accounting base.

• Entry all Accounts Payable transactions.
• Match invoices for inter-company & 3^rd party inventory.
• Responsible for inter-company receivables, payables & management fees.
• Submission of VAT report tax authority.
• Business Partner Creation and Maintenance.
• Monthly close activities such as Expense/Cost allocations and accruals.
• Ensure adherence to management guide line & Company Policy, Bio-Rad Accounting policies, FCPA and Korean GAAP.
• Ensure adherence to Korea tax law.
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned by Finance Manager

[지원자격]

• A Degree in Accounting
• At least 3 years of working experience handling accounting/book-keeping
• Proven experience in ERP system management
• Good Interpersonal and communication skills to deal with internal and external customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, problem solving skills
• Attention to details and results-oriented
• Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
• Positive, proactive and improvement oriented
• Fluent in English
