Job description

In your new role you will:

• Responsible for the sales account manager targeting to LG Home Appliances
• Proactive Sales, customer development and management
• Aggressive business opportunity identification and creative idea generation for business win
• Customer communication and demand fulfillment
• Understanding of customer needs and requirements to keep good relationship and business opportunity development
• Strategic planning short & long term business development

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree at power electronics or electronics engineering
• 5+ years of Sales or relevant work experience
• Knowledge of power market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies
• Semiconductor industry background and/or system/application experience preferred (Power IC, Power Module, Home Appliances or others Consumer Electronics)
• Requires the ability and the judgement to establish clear plans and goals while maintaining the flexibility to adjust in a rapidly changing environment
• Understands the company’s overall strategic plan and become an influencer both internally and externally with strong strategic initiative to win the business
• Collaborative and team-oriented with ability to motivate and influence, and to achieve results through people
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills and excellent English and Korean speaking and writing skills
• Ownership of customer to develop and expanding business
• Fluent in English for communication and presentation
