In your new role you will:
- Responsible for the sales account manager targeting to LG Home Appliances
- Proactive Sales, customer development and management
- Aggressive business opportunity identification and creative idea generation for business win
- Customer communication and demand fulfillment
- Understanding of customer needs and requirements to keep good relationship and business opportunity development
- Strategic planning short & long term business development
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree at power electronics or electronics engineering
- 5+ years of Sales or relevant work experience
- Knowledge of power market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies
- Semiconductor industry background and/or system/application experience preferred (Power IC, Power Module, Home Appliances or others Consumer Electronics)
- Requires the ability and the judgement to establish clear plans and goals while maintaining the flexibility to adjust in a rapidly changing environment
- Understands the company’s overall strategic plan and become an influencer both internally and externally with strong strategic initiative to win the business
- Collaborative and team-oriented with ability to motivate and influence, and to achieve results through people
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills and excellent English and Korean speaking and writing skills
- Ownership of customer to develop and expanding business
- Fluent in English for communication and presentation
