Recruiting Administrator (12 month contract)

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You will be based in our Seoul office as a member of our recruiting team that supports consultant recruitment in Seoul office. As part of McKinsey's larger people operations function, you will join a team that has experienced tremendous growth recently and will continue into 2022.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will perform diverse duties to support multiple recruiters as part of our consultant recruiting efforts at all levels.

In this role, you will own the logistics for active candidates in the pipeline including scheduling interviews, ensuring appropriate internal interview preparation, collecting and documenting feedback, scheduling decision meetings, and event management. You will also manage a high volume of candidate intelligence and maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our candidate tracking system. On a regular basis, you will run reports and assist the analytics team with special data requests.

This role is for a 12 month contract.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree preferred
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience preferably in recruiting or human resources
  • Outstanding organizational skills; ability to coordinate multiple streams of work independently
  • Discreet, respectful and caring with confidential information
  • Ability to prioritize and look beyond own responsibilities to help team members with urgent deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills; ability to build strong relationships
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills; experience with recruiting tools and programs is preferred
  • Demonstrated initiative, judgment and maturityFlexibility to deal with ambiguity and last-minute changes; ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Comfortable working with minimal direction and flexibility to work overtime as required
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbally and in writing – with advanced English and Korean fluency
