Junior Finance & HR administrator

Purpose:
Reporting to the senior accountant, you will support the financial and controlling team and be a focal point for all HR and general administration support topics.

Responsibilities we will trust you with:

Finance and controlling
  • Assist all aspects of bookkeeping and reporting of Korean entities
  • Supporting the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts are prepared and reported in an efficient and timely manner to meet deadlines for entities in Korea and reporting to BayWa r.e. group
  • Supporting the team in the day-to-day operation including petty cash, payments, internet banking, VAT/ Withholding tax filing and reporting to the BayWa r.e. group
  • T&E review in accordance with company policy
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager
  • Supporting Intercompany reconciliation and payment
HR/Admin
  • Post the job offer on Korean job sites and do a pre-selection of 1st applications
  • Ensure the onboarding (prepare IT equipment, access card, onboarding session) and offboarding of employees
  • Ensure the organization and follow-up of mandatory trainings and medical check-up
  • Ensure the internal communication and organization of events and activities for the Korean office (social event, dinner with customers….)
  • Be the focal point for the IT administrator in Bangkok for all IT procurement or maintenance
  • Focal point for the office building and service suppliers (cleaning, maintenance, water…)
  • Purchase all of office equipment, stationery, and pantry stock
  • Arrange outsource messenger to send/ pick up documents and coordinate with courier service as required
  • Coordinate Travel and accommodation for the local business when necessary (including Visa)

Your areas of knowledge and expertise:

  • Minimum 2 year experiences in Administration, General Affair, Office Management and Finance and Accounting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business and Accounting preferred
  • Knowledge on IFRS and K-IFRS
  • Douzone(´õÁ¸) and SAP experience preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills; written, verbal and listening
  • Good command of computer literate Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as a team member.
