[Responsibilities]

• Develop and execute account specific go-to-market strategy to achieve sales target
• Execute commercial promotions to generate shopper demands by partnering eRetailers and cross-functions
• Improve eCommerce fundamental in path to purchase journey with SCANR (Search, Content, Assortment, Navigation and Rating & Review)
• Analyze sales data to capture retailer insight and find opportunities on an on-going basis with sell-out and KPI
• Capture rising market and shopper trends to find growth driver
• Establish online business strategies and planning online promotions
• Monitor e-commerce market trend, market price and develop new growth opportunity

[Requirements]

• More than 3~5 years of proven track record in the area of sales preferably in FMCG or consumer related industry
• Experience in e-commerce, online sales and understanding of e-commerce channel and market
• High level of skill for understanding operation system
• People management experience developing a small team
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office
