Responsibilities
Client Solutions Manager-Gaming is an expert in TikTok's performance & branding auction advertisement products for key clients in the gaming industry. Client Solutions Manager proposes full-funnel advertisement solutions to prospective clients in the pre-sales stage and is responsible for campaign operation and optimization of auction advertisement products in the post-sales stage. The roles & responsibilities also include educating new or additional TikTok ad products and adopting new features to seek opportunities in upselling to existing clients.
Responsibilities
- Propose full funnel advertisement solutions & consultative presentations to gaming clients in pre-sales pitching stage with the sales team
- Proactively analyze data to plan, setup and optimize performance & branding auction advertisement campaigns
- Build strong cross-functional collaboration and trust relationship with sales team via daily interaction, weekly review, and quarterly strategy plannings to support clients' needs
- Educate clients on TikTok’s advertising processes, products and best practices for performance & branding campaigns
- Identify up-selling opportunities by monitoring campaign delivery and revenue growth
- Test, iterate and innovate on potential TikTok ad solutions by building frameworks & best practices around marketing objectives and gaming verticals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 3+ years of experience in performance-based campaign management in in-house marketing, digital agencies, platforms or media side
- Experience in optimization, tracking, attribution, measurement and using major tools like GA, Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.
- Sales oriented mindset to upsell revenue from existing gaming clients
- Self starter with strong communication skills who can manage strategic client relationships
- Native Korean speaker with business English skills
