Position: Celine E-Commerce Intern (South Korea) /Interim

Report to: E-commerce executive Korea

KEY RESPONSBILITIES

ﾷ Assist in managing site content and visual merchandising to ensure the delivery of relevant and high-quality local content for the customers.

ﾷ Assist in delivering weekly/ monthly/ as needed business analysis and recommended actions to drive results.

ﾷ Analyse GA data to allocate the appropriate efforts to improve the customer experience.

ﾷ Report and follow up on any technical issues and assist in any digital revolution and optimisation projects.

Requirements:

ﾷ A bachelor’s degree with academic/ professional background in e-commerce, business, or digital marketing

ﾷ Excellent English and communication skills

ﾷ Experience working for a fashion or luxury retailer is preferred 

ﾷ Advanced Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint); Pivot Tables, V Look ups, etc.

ﾷ Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment  

ﾷ Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT 

ﾷ The VIP Intern is responsible for supporting the VIP team in daily responsibilities and strategies.

ﾷ Maintain fashion sample closet in good condition and showroom inventory.

ﾷ Sample & Product pulls for VIP requests.

ﾷ Sample trafficking including scheduling messengers and shipping for local and overseas samples.

ﾷ Handle showroom supplies, furniture, and manage related vendors.

ﾷ Assist in VIP dressing opportunities, daily VIP requests, competitive research, and compiling weekly & monthly reports.

ﾷ Monitor and follow up VIP exposure in daily basis.

ﾷ Assist in relationship with VIP partners and fashion stylists.

ﾷ Takes pride in their work Understands the confidential nature of this department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

ﾷ 1 previous internship experience or Majoring in Fashion or PR is preferred

ﾷ Experience working with luxury brands

ﾷ Previous experience working/studying in an international environment a plus

ﾷ Outstanding interpersonal skills; ability to develop and maintain relationships

ﾷ Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional environment

ﾷ Highly agile and able to execute while dealing with ambiguity

ﾷ Superior written, verbal and presentation skills
