Admitted students are advised to carefully read the following important information.
1. Documents Submission
1-1.Additional Documents Required for International Applicants(Mandatory) : Proof of Funds(Minimum Bank Balance: $40,000)
Please submit the most recent version of your proof of funds by July 9, 2026.
- Bank balance certificate under the name of the applicant or the applicant’s parent(s) (A certificate under a sibling’s name is accepted only if the parent(s) are deceased; otherwise, it is not accepted.)
- Recipients of external scholarships: Certificate of expected scholarship payment must be submitted.
1-2. Additional Documents Required for Applicable Applicants
Applicants who are required to submit the additional document will be notified by email by June 19, 2026.
Photocopies or scans will not be accepted; only originals are allowed.
1) Certificate of Graduation / Degree Certificate
- Applicants from overseas universities need to submit a certificate of degree with Apostille or consular verification
*For documents from Apostille Convention member countries, an Apostille certification is required. (Universities based in China: Degree verification certificate by CHSI (English ver.) required as well)
*For documents from non-Apostille Convention countries, consular verification by a Korean consulate in the country where the institution is located or by the relevant foreign consulate in Korea is required.
2) Documents to confirm eligibility for international students
i. Non-Korean applicant with Non-Korean parents
- Proof of you and your parents’ nationality AND
- Official document indicating the relationship between you and your parents
ii. Applicant who has completed entire formal education outside of Korea from elementary to bachelor’s degree (Ethnic Koreans)
- Proof of graduation that covers your entire education period
- Transcripts for your entire education period
- Certificate of The Entry & Exit (covering the entire period)

1) Orientation (Mandatory)

- Program: Information sessions on academics, health and safety and visa matters
2) Class Schedule
- The classes will begin on Tuesday, September 1st2026
4. Scholarship Selection Results: To be notified by seperate email
5. Acceptance Letter
- As a rule, our graduate school does not issue an official acceptance letter.
- However, if you require one for external scholarships or company sponsorship purposes, please submit your request by email as follows:
- Include your full name, application number, and the recipent or organiztion to which the certificate will be submitted.

6. Important Notes
- Admission will automatically be cancelled, should you fail to complete the registration during the designated registration period.
- Admission will automatically be cancelled, if any of the submitted materials are found to be false, forged, altered or counterfeit.
