Private Equity Intern, Seoul Office

 

Work Duration

ASAP ~ 3 months/6 months

 

Job Description

Interns will work closely with private equity professionals to assist due diligence, corporate valuation, financial analysis, industry and company research, and investment proposals.

 

Qualifications and Requirements

1)     Undergraduate or graduate students, recent graduates / strong academic background preferred

2)     Keen interest in pursuing careers in fields of M&A, private equity, investment banking and corporate finance

3)     Basic knowledge in valuation, accounting, and finance

4)     Prior internship experience in PE, IB, corporate finance or consulting RA is a plus

5)     Fluency in both English and Korean, strong interpersonal and communication skills

6)     Working knowledge in MS Office programs
