Job Description

• Position : Client Data Assistant
• Department : Client Engagement
• Reporting To: Client Data & Insight Sr. Specialist

Role Mission
We currently have an assistant position available Client Engagement team in Gucci Korea. This position will give the successful applicant an opportunity to use his/her expertise to render a learning and workplace experience in multinational company. The candidate’s duties will include:

Key Accountabilities

• Support Data Extraction for regular reports – Daily/Weekly/Monthly Report (Retention, OTO Report, Top 2 VIG Report etc)
• Prepare Client List (Birthday Client List, Client Segmentation List, etc)
• Target Client list for in-store animation & events
• Data Quality Management
• Ad-hoc client list requested from relevant dept & stores (Daily)
• Event Recap Report (Weekly)

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Major in Business Administration / Marketing / Fashion preferred
• Related experience in Fashion / Retail Marketing / CRM / Event Preferred
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint. Especially good Excel skill required
• Responsible, fast learner, team player, dedicated and enthusiastic to his/her job
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Interest in fashion and luxury brands
