Retail Operations Assistant Manager

Location: Seoul, South Korea

Responsibilities

• Assist the Retail Operations Manager in the daily retail sales administration duties
• Retail Sales administration duties and coordination between retail stores and office
• Compilation of daily, weekly and monthly, ad-hoc report to ensure timely submission to head office
• Compile and monitor retail KPI (Key Performance Indicator) reports
• Planning incentive scheme & commission calculation
• Improve the FOH/BOH efficiency & Environment
• Conduct NSP PO (retail expense)
• Provide support on retail store opening
• Provide support on retail audit
• Communication with Retail staff
• Provide support on staff uniform/packaging order and distribution
• Coordination between stores and Retail shared service/Sap Access Request team in UK office
• Any other duties assigned by the management

Qualifications

• Team player that possesses excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation skills in order to communicate effectively and strategically with internal stakeholders
• High computer literacy, ideally with advanced Excel & power point skills (Mandatory)
• The expert of SAP
• Planning skill
• Over 3 years of retail experience
• Fluent in English
