Indonesia Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

As the Indonesia Marketing Assistant at AXIS-Y, you will be responsible for supporting marketing communications, cross-promotional campaigns and brand promotion. This is a critical role in the team with a genuine opportunity to develop and grow as the business expands.

Job Requirement & Main Responsibilities:

• Managing Indonesian Instagram account
• Maintaining direct messages and comments on Indonesian Instagram account
• Replying to DMs and comments on AXIS-Y’s TikTok account
• Have proficient knowledge of beauty industry in Indonesia
• Consistently updating level of knowledge of products and services in order to proactively and accurately present information to customers
• Crafting and/or overseeing social media contents for promotional messaging, products, and advertising for consumers in Indonesia
• Cataloging, updating and troubleshoot cross border marketplace accounts
• Strategizing, implementing and managing all cross border marketplace initiatives to ensure maximum customer acquisition and revenue production
• Maintaining cross border marketplace budget, strategy and marketing plan 
• Overseeing day to day management of all cross border marketplace
• Managing and implement all cross border marketplace in-app ads
• Maintaining chats and reviews for all cross border marketplace
• Creating marketing plan for Indonesian Instagram account
• Coordinating the creative development of contents for Indonesian market with designers
• Consistently maintaining brand presence, growing followers and engagement rate in Indonesia
• Building brand presence and SEO for Indonesian market
• Liaising and reaching out to Indonesian influencers for marketing purposes
• Working closely with magazine, journalist, and bloggers for branding and product exposures, as well as copywriting and press releases for Indonesian market.
• Assisting Marketing Manager on day to day marketing activities 
• Work side by side and reporting to Marketing Manager for Indonesia 

Guidelines for Applicants:

• Native Indonesian speaker
• Proficient in English speaking and writing
• Must resident in Korea 
• Must carry proper visa to work in Korea legally (*we are not able to support the working visa)
• ​Bachelor Degree in Business or related field​

• Proficient in Google Drive and Microsoft Office
