Your role

We are looking for a service manager to:

• ensure the service delivery & quality management of our offerings and training programs
• partner with talent specialists / program managers to provide consultation and support during scoping, set-up, test, and pilot phase of new programs
• consult on location specific information to best facilitate on planning & execution of training programs
• oversee the end-to-end process of onsite logistics from pre to post-event
• provide onsite and virtual support for programs in the region
• develop and maintain strong partnerships with regional and divisional stakeholders to ensure business needs and expectations are aligned with our service offering
• monitor performance and take measures on escalated cases with onshore and offshore teams to ensure process excellence and effectiveness
• engage in ongoing review of service quality, innovative digital improvement activities and solutions within the Global Learning Operations team
• contribute to service improvements and optimizations by participating in relevant projects, and providing documentation and training where required
• act as a level 2 escalation point for queries at our HR service tool
• promote talent development initiatives through proactive engagement with employees
• support in sharing all local policies, procedures, and guidelines with the offshore Learning Coordinator Team Lead, which will be cascaded through the offshore team

Your team

You'll be working in the Global Learning Operations team as Service Manager in Singapore. And you’ll play an important role in supporting our employees to grow in their careers.

Your expertise

• ideally minimum 1-2 years of previous experience working in HR or learning & development relevant
• know how to continuously strive for service excellence
• a great communicator in English (written and spoken). Mandarin is a plus
• well organized and a sharp eye for detail
• known for your can-do attitude when tackling everyday tasks and able to stay on track
• proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• bachelor’s degree or equivalent in human resources / banking & finance or a related field
