Human Resources Associate
The candidate will in charge of mainly Talent Acquisition, HR administration and support the Korea HR lead.
Responsibilities
- Design talent acquisition strategy of Tyson Foods Korea
- Research, compare, choose, develop the proper hiring plan
- Execute, analysis, and improve the hiring process
- Communicate hiring manager and draw their needs into job posting and hiring process
- Handle job posting, ad, tool, resume screening, interview arrange, guide interviewer, etc.
- Manage recruiting related HR administration, including employee information enrollment, hiring contract, orientation, onboarding, etc.
- Support HR lead in any HR function
- Learn, plan and develop own HR career
- Other HR tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 0-3 years' working in HR (especially talent acquisition) is preferred, not a must
- Experiences preferably gained in multinational companies for both technical and managerial skill
- Excellent written and verbal communication, able to communicate in English
- Proactive attitude to communicate hiring managers and must understand what the team needs, even penetrate they don't express
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Positive behavior in any situation
- Strong sense of liability on confidential information
- Self-directed and motivated attitude
