Social Media Operation Specialist will play a critical role in leading the social media strategy. The role creates innovative brand messaging and engages consumers across social media channels. The Social Media Operation Specialist generates organic traffics and lead them to conversion.
In this role, you will report to the Demand Generation & Merchandise/Vehicle Accessories Manager. You will work with Demand Generation Specialist and Demand Generation Coordinators for planning and publishing needs and collaborate with the multiple teams to get the best performance.
• Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels
• Create and implement digital marketing strategy including social media strategy and digital campaigns with quarterly, monthly, and weekly execution plan
• Be responsible for channel strategy and final stages of implementation and publication
• Participate in marketing planning working with the team by providing social media inputs
• Identify the latest trends in mobile, social media and digital, and reflects consumer needs for social contents creation
• Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology
• Monitor daily management of contents and campaigns
• Create actionable plans to both grow followers of current channels and expand communication channels with creative and out of box approaches
• Fulfilling key performance indicators for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of followers or likes and measuring a campaign's performance against the KPls
• Analyze the results obtained from the different reports of the analytical and monitoring tools for continuous social channel growth
• 7+ years’ experience in social media operation and digital campaigns (Portfolio is required)
• Requires knowing how to set up a strategy rather than a task-oriented experience
• Project leading experience is a plus
• Professional experience in B2C market. Automotive market experience is a plus
• Good interpersonal skill
• Time management skill
• Positive attitude & self-motivated
• Fluent in written and spoken English is required
