Key Responsibilities
l Manage the international merchandise trading business of the company
l Formulate sales strategies to ensure achievement of the monthly sales plan, achieve sales volume and gross to net targets
l Manage sales growth by preparing business plans and market development proposals to identify risk and opportunity
l Support the B2B trading and e-commerce business of the related group companies
l Locate and build up new sales channels, and continue to drive channel profitability and formulate strategies to maximize business and profit opportunities, able to drive strong negotiation with customer for ROI maximization
l Ensure that the marketing activities both on-line and off-line are properly coordinated and executed, and the expenses are controlled within the budget levels
l Monitor the performance of 3rd party service provider to ensure quality of service based on KPI
l Establish effective collaboration across different departments to drive company’s objectives
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
l 5+ years' related trade marketing / category management/ key account/ sales experience in Healthcare / FMCG / Food & Beverage industry
l E-commerce experience is an advantage
l Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills
l Proficiency in MS Office application - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
l Fluency in both written and spoken English & Korean
l Fluency in Chinese is a plus, but not required
