Job Description

Project Description:

  • Our Customer is a Leading bank in Korea that provides a front to back integrated platform for straight through processing and risk management.
  • This is a multi-year initiative where different projects run in concurrence under the program's variety milestones. These streams include new product initiatives, new entity roll-outs and regulatory compliances.
  • We will have key roles in projects such as managing the scope, design and delivering requirements from front to back office with Luxoft.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day project operations across different internal development & partner teams including helping update various applications to track progress
  • Facilitate communication within the project team and key partners.
  • Support to Generate - weekly project status reports for key stakeholders with ongoing risk management
  • Help support on the Logistics around workplace arrangement for the team members & Vendors
  • Support the different stream leads in seamless communication with Client
  • Ensure Minutes of the Meeting are properly documented and sent to relevant participants (English/Korean)
  • Help support on the Translation (English <--> Korean), whenever required as per project need
  • Support on producing documentation as required by different phases of the project
  • Support the PM team/Stream leads in Project Administration & Operations (Procurement, Client Billing, Invoicing)

 

Job Requirements

Mandatory Skills Description:

  • 2+ of relevant experience in supporting the Project Management stream of any software development project
  • Basic understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) as well as IT/software engineering
  • Strong communication skills, able to work with diverse groups and align teams around common goals
  • Client focused, bring a professional attitude with good interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability to embrace and navigate change
  • Past experience around working with distributed team
  • Understanding of processes around Workplace provisioning, procurement, Client Billing, Project Extension support, Documentation etc.

 

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Basic understanding of JIRA, Confluence or other similar software
  • Knowledge of IT system architecture

 

Languages:

  • English: Advanced
  • Korean: Proficient
