General support on HR related topics (Recruiting, Training, C&B etc)
Main tasks in charge
1) Support Onboarding and Off-boarding
Operate On-boarding and Off-boarding process End to End (i.e. data management, notification to related teams)
2) Manage Employee data & reporting
- Update employee master data
- Internal HR system management : data update, review, reconciliation
- Communicate Regional HR system team
- HR data reporting & Org chart reporting
- Adhoc report and statistics
3) Support Benefit program
- Support regular benefit program operations
4) Handle HR Expenses
- Raise approvals, execute processes in SAP, handle invoices to ensure timely payments
5) Support internal HR project and events
- Support internal HR project : data review, interface, system launching test, launching

- Bachelor's Degree
- Who has passion toward HR field or min. 1 year of experience as HR Admin is preferred
- Commitment to Self Development and Learning, Proactive mindset
- Good English communication skill
- Proficient in MS Office
